Day Labs collects information that customers provide when using our products, contacting us, subscribing, or completing onboarding. This may include names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, service information, business rules, and product usage information.

Payments

Payment information is processed by Stripe. Day Labs does not need to store full payment-card numbers on its own servers.

How information is used

We use information to provide and operate our products, configure customer accounts, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and administer subscriptions.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure, payment, communications, analytics, and AI service providers as needed to operate Day Labs products. Information may be processed by those providers only as necessary to provide the applicable service.

AI and automated processing

Leadrivo may process customer-provided business rules and inbound messages through automated systems. Businesses are responsible for configuring accurate rules and reviewing escalated or sensitive requests.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
