Terms of Service

These terms apply to Day Labs products and services, including Leadrivo. By purchasing or using a Day Labs product, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid Leadrivo plans renew monthly until canceled. Pricing shown at checkout applies to the selected plan unless changed for a future billing period with appropriate notice. Customers can manage payment methods, view invoices, change eligible plans, and request cancellation through the Day Labs billing portal.

Cancellation

Current Leadrivo cancellation settings schedule cancellation for the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues through that paid period unless otherwise required by law or separately agreed.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, pricing, policies, service availability, and escalation rules. You must use the service lawfully and obtain any permissions or consents required for communications with your customers.

Automated responses

Leadrivo is designed to automate routine lead-response workflows, but automated systems can make mistakes. Sensitive, unusual, disputed, legal, refund, damage, or other configured categories may be escalated for human review. You remain responsible for your business’s customer communications and decisions.

Availability and changes

Features may depend on third-party services and integrations. Features described as in development, setup-dependent, or not yet enabled are not represented as live functionality. We may improve, modify, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.

Acceptable use

You may not use Day Labs services to violate law, send unlawful spam, impersonate others, distribute malware, interfere with service operation, or facilitate fraud or abuse.

Warranty and liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Day Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service interruptions, third-party platforms, or inaccurate customer-supplied business rules.
