Canceling a subscription

Leadrivo subscriptions can be canceled through the Day Labs billing portal. Under the current billing configuration, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents future renewal.

Refund requests

Except where required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact Day Labs promptly through Support with enough non-sensitive information to identify the subscription. Do not send full payment-card numbers.

Service issues

If a paid feature is materially unavailable, Day Labs may provide a refund, credit, or other remedy when appropriate based on the circumstances.

Billing self-service

The billing portal can be used to view invoices, update a payment method, change an eligible plan, and schedule cancellation.
